If you schedule service, request to work with Leo Falcam. Not only is he super personable, he's attentive and keeps the communication open and clear. He solved my mystery issue with my RDX and although it took longer than I anticipated, he made sure to call me everyday and let me know what was going on. Leo will take care of your questions, concerns and all around make you feel good about what is happening with your vehicle (even if it gets pricey). He is the reason my experience with Mile High Acura has been so outstanding.
