I made an appointment with the service department at Mile High Acura for an airbag inflator recall repair. From the initial phone call through my service, I had an excellent experience. I was able to get an appointment the next day and was seen immediately upon arrival. Currently the dealership is going through a renovation and even with that, the service area was well managed. My service advisor, Dylan Bertoldo, has been great to work with. He has kept me well informed and provided me with an action plan for my vehicle. I appreciate that he hasn't tried to sell me on services I don't need. I felt that he listened to my concerns and provided solutions for noted problems found. I was also impressed that the intake employee noticed I was waiting awhile in the lobby and checked with me to make sure everything was ok. While the repair has taken awhile, there is free Wi-Fi and even cubicle desks so I have been able to get a lot of work done while waiting. I put this visit off because i was worried it would be a painful experience but overall I've been very impressed with the level of experience and customer service I have received.

First service experience yesterday following my purchase of a new MDX. My Service Consultant was Mark Jarvis. He's all-world! Friendly, knowledgeable, and listens generously in order to be sure my needs were all satisfied. Truly above and beyond. Why go anywhere else? I won't.

After a very good experience last December purchasing a new MDX at Mile High Acura, I had my first service experience today.  Mark Jarvis, Service Consultant, was outstanding.  Not only friendly, warm and courteous, but a great listener.  What a concept!  Listening to the customer to ensure generous understanding.  He handled an issue I was very concerned about quickly and seamlessly, exceeding my expectations.  Then asked if there was anything else he could help with at the same time.  There was one other minor thing, and voila, he attended to that as well.  I wish all the service folks in my organization were as good as Mark.  Thanks, Mark.  I'll be back when service is needed.  Wouldn't think of going anywhere else, and happy to recommend you and Mile High Acura to others.

Great place to purchase a new acura because the sales staff are not pushy. They let my wife and me walk around and look at the different types of vehicles without someone standing over us. The associate was very polite he was available for any questions that we had. I have always used their repair shop for my cars. They are very accommodating with their drop off/pick up of serviced cars. They offer superior quality on all of their parts and labor. You get what you pay for.

Bought my car there, have had all my service there. My car has 135K miles and they inspect for upcoming ideas to put on the watch list. This time I came in with a battery problem without an appointment and they gave me a loaner car.

The normal sentiment when you need your car serviced is dread. When I bring my car into Mile High Acura, I almost look forward to the experience. I know I will be met with friendly professional folks who really seem to care about the customer experience. I worked with Mark Jarvis who was excellent. I even mentioned it was my birthday in a few days and he gave me a $30 off my next service. Mile High also has a great business center with wifi, free coffee (a great espresso machine) and a relaxing atmosphere. And the service is incredibly fast. Just a great experience working with them.
