Clean place and very kids friendly!! We waited for our car to get an accelerated oil change and the experience was comfortable and tasty because the snacks and beverages. I had my four kids with me and the youngest who is 17 months had space to walk around without any problems outside of the siblings and I keeping an eye out. To sum it up, the place has nice employees, clean space, and inviting environment.

I have only wonderful things to say about this dealership! I searched for over a year for my car. I visited all Acura dealerships in the Metro Denver area. I found a great sales associate in Matt Heinz at Mile High Acura. Then, as part of the purchase, Matt introduced me to Mark Jarvis in the Service Department. My MDX had some glitches — some issues were “operator ignorance” — which permitted me to work with Mark. His friendly, patient demeanor makes it comfortable for owners to ask any and all questions.
AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTOS MY REVIEW IS NOT A "STORY" AS STATED IN THE RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGER. EVERYTHING IS DOCUMENTED. The dealership totaled my car, tried to hide it for 4 days then I had to do all the work for 104 straight days to get it paid for. Then they tried to offer me $1000 and 3 years free oil changes to not leave reviews. In the pictures you can see my car, that was brought to them with the windows up and fully detailed looked like after their tech let the windows and sunroof open while on the lift and a pressure washer hose broke and filled my car. This happened on 9/1 that afternoon they called to tell me my car wasn't ready yet due to recall work that took priority. They called me on 9/5 to tell me what had happened. The tech they asked to try to clean it up delivered my new car to me and picked up the loaner and told me all about what really happened. You can't see the water well in the photos but you can see the damage. Two screen shots worth of my emails trying to get the damage paid for, and a detailed review of the events that happened, along with a screen shot of the incident report from their dealership.Do not go to this dealership for service or purchase!!!!!
